“Accidental Pop Art”
Watercolor and ink on paper.
4" x 9" (10 cm x 23 cm)

This image was developed by using random blobs of colors found on remnants of watercolor paper from previous projects as a starting point. The hidden shapes were then defined and established during the inking process, similar to finding hidden shapes in the clouds, or pareidolia. This approach provided me with the freedom and spontaneity to create a more visually graphic and organic shapes.
