The Craft League of Champaign-Urbana participated in Boneyard Arts Festival 2025 for the first time this year at the Orpheum Theater in Downtown Champaign. Judie Spencer, whose work I admired for many years, and I partnered up and created three pieces for the inaugural CLCU Collab Show exhibit at the Orpheum. Judie created three sets of loom-woven beadworks, some of the inspire by my previous work, and I created the characters and the environment in watercolor and ink inspired Judie's pieces. Judie then sewed the pieces directly onto the finished artwork.
